At Thin-Link, we know that regular physical exercise will
help you reach your weight loss goals. Regular physical exercise
will also help you maintain your weight loss.
Your Thin-Link Fitness Plan will include
setting goals each week with your Thin-Link Advisor. If you
already have a personal trainer you work with, that's fine.
Because Thin-Link is an individualized program, we will keep
you on track with whatever your goals might be, by encouraging
and coaching you to challenge yourself. Your Personal Link
device will be used to report your adherence to your exercise
plan and activity levels every day.
Although we recommend physical activity,
you should check with your physician to determine if you have
any health risks that might prohibit you from any type of
physical activity. Your Thin-Link Team wants you to be safe
and healthy.
Your Thin-Link Tracker is one of the Personal Tools you'll
use to help you maximize your daily activity. The Thin-Link
Tracker attaches to your waistband or belt.
It has a friendly voice that announces your progress throughout
the day, with updates on the following:
- The number of steps you've taken
- The distance you have covered
- The calories you've burned
- Total time the activity has taken
You'll soon see the benefits of regular
physical activity. If you currently don't have a fitness plan,
that's okay. You can start slowly the important
thing is that you make it a regular part of your lifestyle.
