make the meal plan program as flexible or as rigid as you
desire. Your Thin-Link Advisor assists you in developing a
unique meal plan to suit your individual tastes today and
to meet your food preferences over time.
You will be encouraged to select from a variety of foods to
make up your diet. With Thin-Link, the overall food choices
are up to you. A menu plan including recipes, will also be
provided to make your job easy and ensure your success.
There is no obligation to buy pre-packaged
foods, beverages or vitamins. Your plan can work with a wide
variety of food choices. Thin-Link's goal is to educate you
to make healthy choices, in appropriate amounts, so that you
meet your nutritional needs while satisfying your hunger.
Thin-Link's Personal Food Diary is a detailed record of all
the foods and beverages you have eaten each day. By recording
everything you consume, you will realize what you are eating
each day and over a period of time. Your Food Diary can also
help your Thin-Link Advisor identify your eating patterns
and food choices. Studies have shown that keeping track of
what you eat can help you achieve weight loss goals.
Included in the Thin-Link program are Lessons with Worksheets
and Weekly Goal Sheets to help guide you through your lifestyle
changes and remind you of your goals.
